Any Video Editor on Ubuntu which can let me do these things ??

Hey, i need a software which can edit both DivX/Xvid and VOB files directly and export them both in VOB and Xvid/Divx

The only editing i need to do is these 3 things

1. Cut some part of the movies (i already tried it on Ulead Video Studio 11 but not able to do so)

2. To add a blurr in some part of the video Or to add a black

3. To mute some audio from the audio track and superimpose voice over.

The 1st point is the most important.

Any help would be appreciated.
