Howto request thread

I think a thread where people can ask for things they want to do or learn, might be a good idea to move people into work. I'd like to make some howto's, but don't know about what yet, and I think this can help a lot of people that want tutorials and make tutorials.

So, tell us what you want to do or learn or whatever :P. I hope this is the right place to post this...

How about a HowTo about how to come up with an original idea and compose the HowTo all by yourself? Really I found it best to compose HowTo's for things I personally became interested in. They are great for my personal reference, and in many cases help others.
