...I ask you people too many questions, don't I? XD
Anyway, here's the deal.
Our #$%^&*# electricty surged due to the most fail at life power company I have ever seen, and it *somehow* took out our ethernet card.
For now, we're running off of a Linksys Wireless G Portable USB Adaptor (model number WUSB54GP), and it's running fine on Windows, but I can't configure it for Ubuntu.
I have all the info (passphrase, WEP key, the encryption -- everything), I'm just having problems configuring it.
Anyone care to help me?
EDIT - Eww.
I just got back on it real quick because I've seen the phrase "ndiswrapper" used a lot. Then I saw it's description in Synaptic and right now, I'm *really* wishing I had some sort of internet access to install it.
Any clue how to do it without ndiswrapper, or am I royally screwed?
