is there any way to allocate more RAM towards graphics on my macbook with 2gigs of RAM? id like to play n64 games with reasonable frame rates, then maybe halflife 2

I think there is an option you can put in your xorg.conf to set video ram, but I don't know if it will work on your Mac.
