Hello, guys!

I want to know whether it is possible to set up a wireless web server. Have anyone here had experience with that? I mean, I could set up a web server myself, because there are plenty of tutorials about that, but what I really wonder is if the performance of, say, a webpage like this one would be the same if it were set up within a wireless network. Any kind advice would be helpful!

Thanks in advance!

It should certainly be possible, but it should be discouraged.

Wireless interference could reduce the uptime of the server.
Your wireless network should have WPA security at a minimum.
Your wireless connection speed must be sufficient to service all your users connecting to your server.

If you're looking to use it for a locsl web page, like for just the devices on the wireless hub, then it should be fast enough. But if you look to have it available to anyone anywhere then I would strongly suggest getting wired internet, or n wireless. I don't know the perfprmance of n, but I think that it would be faster than, say b or g. But ve aware that the bandwidth should be more than enough for the amound of traffic you are thinging of hosting.

Sorry for any gramatical errors, I am writing this on a blaackberry.
