Hey all.
I am running Windows 98 as a guest OS via vmware-server in Hardy. I have vmware tools installed and everything runs quite well and quite amazingly, except for the keyboard refresh rate. Since I mostly use Windows 98 to access a particular Windows-only IRC client or too, and thus chat quite frequently in Windows 98, this has been rather irritating. What are a few things I could try that might fix this keyboard/delay/refresh rate? I've tried setting it as fast as I could in Win98 control panel but it made little much of any difference.
Any tricks I could try? Thanks in advance folks.
