Converting MAC / XP icons for GTK

hey, just found out these nice looking icons, but seems like they are for os x and xp only, just wondering how hard it would be to convert these or if theres and easy way to use these icons....

I believe most mac icons are in png, I use some mac icons on my computer. So you should be able to use them fine
