Hello, I'm sort of new to the forums, and Ubuntu, so I dont know where exactly to put this, but I was updating ubuntu, which I've had running for a while now, and then my internet cut off and I let it install the updates it had downloaded, and it prompted for a restart.
Well, upon the restart I got a message saying that Ubuntu was running in low graphics mode and it no longer recognized my Monitor or graphics card. My monitor is, as far as I know, a Dell Trinitron, so yes, it is old. And I was running my graphics card on the ATI legacy drivers.
So does anyone know what could have caused this, and how I could go about fixing it, sorry, I am pretty new to this, and I appreciate any help I can get.
