PidGen.dll

Ok so I tried to install Halo PC but it says I cannot load PidGen.dll.

So what I did was that I copyed PidGen.dll from my Halo PC CD and pasted into the system32, System, and Root Windows folder in .wine. However, Halo PC says it sill cannot be loaded.

Am I doing something worng? or do I have to just reboot my computer?

I recall seeing that dll error when I tried to install halo some time ago.

Read the installation/issues section right below the ratings. Follow its instructions there (but know that it's a little out of date, so take patch info with a grain of salt), and you will probably no longer have that issue. Specifically, the first two steps should do the trick if I remember correctly.
