Convert .ape files!

Please, offer a solution that works!
I've got an ape file that I want to listen to, preferably in mp3 format.
Isnt there an xmms plugin that could help?

Haven't tried it before, but from what i've read, if you have a device that has been flashed with RockBox, then it will be able to play there. You could also try this http://jmac.sourceforge.net/ .

In this thread go to post #24 for a detailed HowTo (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=691438&page=3). It does involve pacpl but you don't have to use pacpl.
