Enemy Territory :(
I follow the wiki and it works great, but my sound doesn't work until I run the terminal and use:
"killall esd; et; esd"
Then is works... how can I make my sound work all the time??

My sound comes out fine when I play ET... are you stopping all the programs that may be using esd before you start up the game (media players, browsers w/flash animations)? That way you shouldn't have to kill esd.
About playing multiple sounds (i.e. music and the game sounds), I've never been able to do that. I think.

How can I do that easily?
Or maybe I can just use SMEG to make "killall esd; et; esd" the default when opening ET...

Just goto system->preferences->sound and uncheck "enable sound server start up" before you play ET, then enable it after you are done
I just leave mine disabled all the time as I careless about the sounds in ubuntu...
