I mounted Ubuntu onto a disc and booted from it to test the Live CD. The startups screen looks normal, but when the desktop actually loads my screen get all staticky, like a TV with bad antenna reception. I thought it was just because I was using the Live CD, so I installed it formally, but the static was still there. I'm using an Intel iMac, so I should have the minimum hardware, right? Is there a driver I have to install to get my video card to work or something. Other than the visual aspect, it seems to be working fine.
