No sound for youtube and other sites

Hi,
I just upgraded to 8.04 a few days ago and after getting everything all set I noticed a problem. In firefox most sites like youtube or similar will not play any sound. I have no problem listening to music or sound on DVD so I really have no idea whats going on. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I found that setting up the Pulse sound server fixed this for me:
