Issue with Skype and Audacity

Hi

My Audio playback works fine with Rhythmbox/vlc but when attempting to use Skype , I get "Problem with Audio Playback",Also Audacity fails to play the recorded audio.The screen shot of my sound preferences at below :

Please let me know how to troubleshoot.
