How many Microsoft Engineers were working on "push" mobileMe and are still working on Exchange support in Snow Leopard + Server?

How many Apple Engineers are working on the Multi-touch Windows 7?

And how much of FLOSS software are they directly using internally/modified/not-released/sometimes released in bits and pieces? (starting with gcc finishing with khtml)
