Hi all,
I have some divx videos that i want to edit, cut some scenes actually, so i downloaded ubuntu studio, i am not sure if this is the correct application for the job, but from what i read on the site, it seems like it will do.
anyhow, i downloaded the iso file, burned it and when i run it i get this error

E: Sub-process gpgv returned an error code (2)

W: Signature verification failed for: /media/cdrom0/dists/hardy/Release.gpg

Do you have any idea what this is? I had a look on the web, but couldnt figure it out.

by the way, if you know any other program that will cut/paste scenes on divx i would appreciate it.

Ubuntu studio is the entire OS! Try instead installing the ubuntustudio-desktop pkg with video apps portion.

Or better yet check out Avidemux or Cinelerra:

anyhow, I downloaded the avidemux, it seems perfect for what i want to do.
