My two thread has been moved yesterday and i found it difficult to search my post. when i searched thru search---find all posts & threads i didnt get those two threads. I didnt get a notification when the thread is moved. so please PM when my thread is moved.

maybe they merged the threads or moved them to restricted section, like they did to a recent user

auto-subscribe to all your posts and then it's simple to keep track :)
but I agree that the users should be informed if a thread gets moved (I did so far get informed)

Ah, did we lose the automatic PMs sent for any Staff action on posts or threads?
They should show who did what and a reason (reason: not for every action though).

I can not speak for all but since the forum upgrade I have had post moved and received a pm from whom had moved the post. But alias I did not save the pm's.

Yes i used to get automatic PM but not now.

Just a question here - have you got e-mail from admin enabled? It's in User CP - settings and options - messaging & notifications.

I don't see how that would stop PM's on the forum though :confused:

One can have it set to only get PM's from Contacts or Friends. That could be it.

No. I am sure admins aren't blocked, but mods can be.

That was my thinking - if that is it I guess it's nice and easy to deal with.
