Does anyone happen to know what Foresight's bootloader is? And if it's not grub, would the options for the menu still be in a file called menu.lst??

Probably not. If there is a menu.lst file, then it is GRUB. But if not, it could be LILO or so. But I have never tried Foresight, so I wouldn't know.
You might could talk with Paul Cutler, as I know he's a Foresight user:

Edit, oh wait.
I just found this, surprisingly, written by Paul Cutler :D

Foresight uses, by default, a version of Syslinux

I'm slow. I just noticed the second post of the thread gives info on it.
