How to change "just give me the beans."

This is probably a very elementary question. Not sure if it is worthy of it's own thread, but can't seem to find an answer searching the forums and have not been able to figure it out yet on my own.

I noticed that on each post, under the username, there is a little saying like "just give me the beans" or "way too much ubuntu." How can I change what it says there?

I appreciate any help or redirection.
