On my initial install of Ubuntu (64) on an amd athlon64 +2800, I had to use my old ps keyboard and mouse because the system would not recognize the wireless one.
After the install I swapped them out and seemed to get intermittent connectivity (visibility by the system). Some times there would be lag or it would take several clicks of the mouse. I changed batteries and still the USB connection seems to be flaky for the keyboard and mouse. The Keyboard seems ok but I'm not sure about the mouse.
It is an MS wireless keyboard and mouse (not to my liking). I have used Logitec wireless ones in the past and did like them better.
Has anyone got any information or experience with wireless usb keyboards and mouse on their systems??
