That is a rip of the Vista Ultimate wallpaper. I say nope!

As an administrator of the Ultimate Forums I say no. We aren't aiming to be Vista like and a wallpaper like that would make it appear as though we are. Besides, I think TheeMahn has a thing for dragons.

As much as that is a really nice wallpaper, it is a rip off of Windows Vista, and it's something that Ubuntu users should steer clear of, because Ubuntu is an operating system in it's own right.

It's not overshadowed by Microsoft/Windows, so for people who want that wallpaper then use it, but please remember that Ubuntu has it's own range of wallpapers and I think they're better than Windows wallpapers.

Like this one I made a while ago. I just took the Ubuntu logo and played with it in Paint Shop Pro. Now it looks like fire behind stained glass, or something. I use it for the bottom cube cap.

EDIT: That doesn't look bad as a thumbnail. As a matter of fact, I think I have a new avatar.

no thanks. nothing even remotely resembling windows will touch my machine. and i doubt theemahn would like that either.
