Widgets In Widget Layer Always On Top

Is there a way to make the superkaramba widgets in the widget layer (of compiz fusion) appear on top of everything when you activate it? my widgets appear behind everything, im assuming its going to need to be added to the theme file of the widget, correct?

The Screenlets utility allows screenlets to performt he similar function as widgets. Also there are options in it to set whether you want ur screenlet to be on top of other applications or below them.

screenlets doesnt seem like it wants to work in kde, i can live with the widgets only appearing on the desktop. but it would be a lot cooler if it worked like expose does on a mac.
