A lot of torrents I have are zipped in this weird format that says "filename.r00", then the next file would be "filename.r01" and so on until about 50. (Depending on size.)

In windows, all I had to do was download winrar and right click on the first file (.r00) and it would extract all of them and give me a neat .avi file. How do I do this in Linux?

Looks like Archive Manager actually extracts it just fine. Everyone was telling me I'm going to have to download unrar..,

O_o

Yes, you must install unrar, but command line version of unrar seems not handle properly unicode characters. You may find some files that cannot open with unrar under linux. (At least I don't know how)

for future reference, those arent zip files, they're rar files. it should work fine but if not, as was suggested, install rar. i never have any problem unpacking rar archives myself under linux.
