Setup openvpn to give internet clients access to a local network

Hi All,
I have tho following conf

internet |ubuntu server with 2 eth interf | LAN with 192.168.1.x address
(static IP) | |

I would use openvpn to let external clients act as if they are within the LAN.

Each client has to autenticate with a different key.

Is possible?

There is an howto to do this?
