I am trying to install this program http://wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/, however the file downloaded is a .msi not an .exe meaning it does not work with wine. Any suggestions on how to get this to work?
Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Because it interfaces with iPod, I doubt it would work with Wine.
I suggest you try Amarok (if you use KDE) or Banshee (for Gnome), they're Linux native software, both support iPod and works great.
Funny thing, never used an iPod, if you want to backup the files on your iPod, can't you just turn your iPod into external drive mode and copy the files?

Thanks a ton... Such a nice tip. :)
Though Mollsmolyneux should try out Amarok for Linux native support for iPod
