Steps to reproduce:
- right click on the (Gnome) desktop, select "Create Launcher"
- enter "Foo" as Name and "bar" as command, click OK
- right click the new created "Foo" shortcut and select "Properties"
- click the icon to open the "Select Custom Icon" dialog
- now start to select directories in the right part by clicking on them
=> the dialog grows with each click horizontally
