apt-cacher on CentOS

I am on a network with a number of Ubuntu HArdy machines behind a CentOS server. Is there a way to install apt-cacher on a CentOS machine?

There is a way for this to be done in Fedora and since the architecture of CentOS is similar to that of Fedora you may want to give it a try:
