Hi There,
I get stuck at the start of installing Ubuntu 8.04.
The first boot screen is displayed,
but then I get this strange ata 1.0 DRDY emask frozen - code.
It appears, that my DVD-ROM drive (LG) is not detected correctly.
(though it otherwise worka just fine).
I've tried all possible boot-arguments, but no use.
My Setup:
Mainboard: Elite Group K7S5A.
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 1GHz
RAM: 256 MB
HDD: 6GB Seagate, 40 GB Quantum.
(detected correctly by S.M.A.R.T.).
This is the stage, on which I eventually get stuck.
