I feel so stupid for even asking. Why, because I use FF on my windows machine all the time and have no problems what so ever.

But with my new Ubuntu install and the version of FF supplied I cannot find the Unlock Toolbars choice in any drop down or context menu.

SO how do I unlock and play with my toolbars?

Thanks
Dave

Right-click an empty spot on the tool bar and choose "Customize"

I have done that and there is no choice to unlock them. I want to combine my toolbars into one bar.

On my other FF I can just drag them around. But in the Ubunto FF I cannot do anything but make the visible or not and add or remove items.

I guess I have to just remove the navagitation bar and add elements to the main bar?

Wow, What a convoluted way to to do that.

I did have to click the customize choice. Then I had to drag the individual elements from one tool bar to another.

I'll have to check but I am sure with the other version of ff I was able to just drag the whole bar to another bar to combine them and make extra room for viewing the web page.

Thanks
