Yep, I'm sure I need it, as I don't know how to
use ip tables.

Having just looked at the Firestarter manual, it seems
Firestarter is already on ubuntu, and I don't in fact
have to download it.

Would this be correct.?

How do I download Firestarter?

In a terminal:

apt-get install firestarter

is one way.
