To install a game, I need to put a .dll file into system 32, but I don't know how to access that folder. Do I need to open a virtual desktop? If so, how to I do that? Any help is appreciated.

its
/home/YOURUSERNAME/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32
or open the wine menu and click browse C drive/windows then system32
or open home folder and press Crtl + H to inhide the .wine folder and navigate to it.
