Ubuntu case labels :)

I'm going to be giving out free case labels with my CDs (although these aren't free of course) and would like some opinions on my design..I can't find any places that can make "normal" case labels. The only ones I can find make 1" x 1" labels. If you can find one, great :D (UK based please)
