CS:S - config to change video settings?

I have searched around for a config that will downgrade my video settings in cs:s but not found anything. The problem I have is that the game crashes when I try to change them in-game. This is a known bug. I want to be able to create a script that will turn off anisotropical filtering etc.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Create a file called "autoexec.cfg" in the "./drive_c/Program Files/Valve/Steam/SteamApps/YOUR ACCOUNT NAME/counter-strike source/cstrike/cfg/" folder. Edit it with your favourite text editor and put the console commands that you want on separate lines.

Thanks for that, but I know how to create the file - the problem is that I don't know what the commands are to put in the file.
