running ufo: afterlight in wine

ufo afterlight installs easily but when i pop in the disk to play it, the auto run doesnt come up and wine gives my an error message saying somthing about the security; i need the disk to run before the game starts but ubunu doesnt automatically run the game, is there a way i can play UFO: Afterlight in wine easily? this is the only reason why i have windows.

UFO Afterlight doesn't really work in Wine:

However, you don't need autoplay to make a game work, that's just a "convenience" feature of Windows. All you need to do is either launch the executable on the game disk (from the terminal or file browser), use the menu shortcut that Wine creates when you install the software or launch the executable found in the game's install directory (again, from the terminal or file browser).
