Hello,

so I've been trying to get my wired internet connection to work in Windows, but Windows can't seem to detect my Network card. I believe I need to download a driver, but I can't find what Network card I have. This is the output of lspci -tv (which I was told would tell me my network card):

-[0000:00]-+-00.0 nVidia Corporation MCP61 Memory Controller
+-01.0 nVidia Corporation MCP61 LPC Bridge
+-01.1 nVidia Corporation MCP61 SMBus

\-18.3 Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] K8 [Athlon64/Opteron] Miscellaneous Control

I'm pretty sure my network card is integrated in to my motherboard, though I'm not entirely sure. I am completely useless when it comes to things such as this, so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

if you bought a computer with windows installed and it is not working get it back to your reseller.

you have linux running on your machine and you have bought windows, get back to your motherboard constructor to have a driver.

you have linux running and haven't paid for windows, don't bother, you have no right to install windows.
