I have recently installed Ubuntu and I am attempting to get Half-Life(and its various mods) to work. The latest problem I am having that I can't find a solution for, is after playing the actual game for 1-2 minutes the game hangs and I have to do a system restart. I have restart the whole computer, not just Ubuntu. I am wondering what might be causing this and what I can do?
Information:
Wine version: 0.9.59
Wine Configuration: Windows XP (same in 2000),
overriding a lot of dlls(too many to list), Pixel Shader Allowed, and ALSA driver activated with Driver Emulation off(on having no difference).
Hardware:
Celeron D 3.3 GHz
ATI Radeon x700 Pro 256 MB (Drivers installed correctly)
1 GB DDR Ram
Thanks in Advance, Sithguy
