Here are some applications I have found that could be usefull on UbuntuCE:
BibleTime http://www.bibletime.info/ http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy/bibletime
^^ GnomeSword and BibleTime both use the SWORD Modules. This one has packages for Ubuntu 8.04.

Bible Desktop http://www.crosswire.org/bibledesktop/index.html
^^ This one is programmed in Java.

VLC Media Player www.videolan.org
^^ Im sure you all know this one but I was thinking that you should make it standard so that the average user will be able to use all his multimedia files after install.

I will have more of these later. If you have any suggestions please post them here.
