I have a latitude D600 with an external monitor configured by grandr/xrandr. Is there anyway to control which window programs open up in? If I move my menu bar over to the external monitor, some programs will open in the external monitor, but some, like firefox, only open on the laptop's screen. I've even tried closing the firefox window on the monitor I want it to open on, and when I start firefox it initially opens on the external monitor but then jumps to the laptop screen.
