Lightscribe in Virtual box

I was wondering I have the new binary for virtual box and I have a lightscribe dvd/cd recorder has anybody get there light scribe working in virtual box. I am trying to get it to work but fail at every attemp. Any suggestions. Thanks for your help.:guitar:

Virtualization uses virtual hardware, not your actual hardware. Virtualization creates "fake" hardware to the lowest common denominator to which most operating systems will run. Currently that means that it only supports a standard read only cd rom drive, not dvd, not cd burner, not dvd burner, not a light scribe drive.
