You need to provide more details. What code are you getting. Plus are you using Wubi, or booting to the LiveCD?

You can also check the CD for errors (sometimes it happens that the CD gets burned with errors). There is an option in the boot menu for that.

Then crap is running,
endless lines of code,
after 30 min i cracked down and rebooted
the same crap :-(

That's my punishment for trying ubuntu for the first time!

Try this: Press F4 and select Safe graphics mode.

Just tried 7.10
Worked great!

I guess there are errors,
so i'm downloading 804 again and try!

Burn the ISO in 2-4x speed

+1.
because bootable CDs like the live CD , should be written on a speed between 2x-7x

I burned ISO to a cd and it worked in my old laptop but was similar to your problems in a new laptop. Error check came back clean but still did not boot completely. I made a new disc on DVD instead of CD and it worked without any flaws. Maybe it was just a fluke deal but the DVD seemed to make a difference for some reason.

After you download, check the MD5SUM too.

Instead of downloading the whole thing again, check this thread: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=804362
