I just tried the newest RC and I really liked how polished it was.

So I installed it and every thing work but the Internet. Now here is the funniest part during the live cd the internet worked but after installing it doesn't hmmmm. Any Ideas??

By the way I loved how the KDE was done on Famelix. If I could set up Kubuntu to look that way I would be more willing to use KDE.

Now dont say that I could make it look like that but I must say now that I am to Lazy to make it so.

I'd get Kubuntu and KDE 4 or possibly KDE 3 + black taskbar + Kbfx.

I tried Famelix last year. I didn't really like the XP theme, and I found no reason to install it.

if you ask me I profoundly dislike Linux distros that try to imitate/emulate the look of other OS's

Slackware tries to be like Unix. Does that count? (just pushing buttons here)

I would like to try KDE but I get so lost in it. Like in Nautilus I can use scripts to: open terminal here, root nautilus here, and the such is there a thing like that in KDE??? If there is show me a way to use KDE.

:lolflag: I could make an exception (obviously I was talking about distros that look like mac os x or vista)

I know. Basically, I took it to mean you dislike it when they try to copy inferior OS's.
