can't connect with wireless card ipn2220

hello,
ive been reading lots of solutions to get this card working but none seem to work.
i can see my card on the network manager (finally - i had broken drivers originally) but it wont seem to connect.
im running ubuntu 8.04, wireless card inprocomm ipn2220, on a toshiba equium L10-300 laptop.

any suggestions?

edit: if you can't see this type of card in network manager, try replacing your driver with this one:
ftp://ftp.support.acer-euro.com/notebook/aspire_1360/driver/
