Dell 600m can't find modem

I need major help. I'm very new to ubuntu, but i'm good at figuring stuff out, with just a little help. (Like what to type where)

I downloaded ScanModem tool, and I ran it. Got a txt file about my modemdata, but I'm not sure how to read it or what to do next.

Can someone please help me.

Dumb question: is the modem enabled in the bios? In my D600, I had to disable the modem for the broadcom wireless card work. For some reason they wer econflicting to each other. Just a thought...
