Problem installing CentOS with ubuntu8.04

Hello All,
Today i successfully installed CentOS on my machine which was already having Ubuntu8.04.
I have two hard drives sda and sdb both of 160 GB.
Ubuntu8.04 was on sda and I installed CentOS on a partition created on sdb.
Now the problem is that the grub is located on sdb and I want to remove sdb and do not want to reinstall sda as I am having important data.

Can any one help ....
