I am running Hardy on a dual core laptop. I would like to run Sibelius (music composition program ) in an XP virtual machine with access to usb ports, audio and midi. Which virtualization would be the most likely to succeed?
I have had some luck with WINE but not all of the features work and I would prefer not to dual boot.
Thanks in advance.

VMWare Workstation's USB support is excellent, but it comes with a cost. Not sure of the price but its available from here (http://www.vmware.com)
Virtualbox is simple, but free. Available Here (http://www.virtualbox.org)
VMWare Server is probably your best option. Alot of similar features to Workstation and its free. Available from same place as VMWare Workstation.
Id go with VMWare Server imo. At the end of the day they are all pretty good and it comes down to what works best for you.
