Theme Wierd or it it me? (Sauna Dark)

Im trying different themes and I like a few of them exept I am not sure if I screwed up..Look at the bottom panel and the gap, is it supposed to be like that?

I would assume so, it looks like some sory of space, I guess the gap is space you have to fill with apps if you choose to.
