I've heard about Deluge, is it any good? Just looking for something that easy to use without too many complications.
Thanks in Advance.

i prefer azureus to deluge not a lot of tinkering involved the first startup wizard helps you out and has more features which you might need in the future

Transmission is installed by default on Ubuntu, Ktorrent on Kubuntu. Both are really straightforward to use, so there's not really a reason to install other clients.

Transmission is the most basic and usefull, azureus is to memory hungry.
Deluge is more usefull for power users.

I agree, Transmission is incredibly simple to use, if you simply want to download the torrent and that's all. For more fine grained control over the torrent's, I would recommend Deluge.

KTorrent is my favourite. I use it on Gnome

Personally, I use deluge, but it is a good idea for you to try a few different ones and see which one suits you best.

rtorrent is a great app. It is only CLI however(thts the power of it :) ) , but there are GUIs available that wrap around rtorrent. :)

My problem with deluge is that it seams to consume my complete bandwith, and then some more :( . Azureus is too bloated for me.
At the moment it's Transmission, although it might be a bit to simple. No share ratio for instance.
