View Full Version : [ubuntu] Text sharper after upgrade

Hello,
After upgrading to 8.04 from 7.10 via the alternate cd, all text in Ubuntu has become much sharper, causing quite an eye bleed.

How can I make the text the same as in 7.10... in the 8.04 live cd, the text is the same as in 7.10. So I believe the upgrade has changed some settings...

Thanks

Hi, perhaps you can start anti-aliasing. In (KDE) system settings, [look and feel] appearance, choose fonts, below in the right panel you can start 'Use anti-aliasing'. Might help.

kind regards
