Wacom Cursor Sync'ing Problem

I'm running Gutsy 7.10 ... and just got my Wacom Graphire 4 tablet to work.
But ran into one problem ... when using with GIMP, the cursor is not sync'ed up with the stylus point and is off by a couple of inches. Looked in the Preferences -> Input Devices and could not find a tweak to recalibrate the pad?? I tried with GNU Paint and everything was fine and sync'ed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update - In GIMP, if I go to File -> Preferences -> Input Devices and set devices (Eraser, Stylus) to 'Disabled' and Cursor to 'Screen' the stylus & cursor are sync'ed up BUT there is NO pressure sensitivity at all. If I set either the Eraser or Stylus to 'Screen' or 'Window' there IS pressure sensitivity, BUT the cursor is not sync'ed to the on screen stylus. any ideas???
