Digging through some of the stuff I made a while ago, I found this wallpaper. I guess it was inspired by a thought I had of how to live a day in the best way. It goes something like this:

Before light
First light
Time of effort/work (IIRC)
The Peak
Time of Thought
(Not sure what "serus" was...)
Last light
The dream

I have a fondness for Latin, for some reason (I don't study it). Anyway, I'm sure someone will get some use out of it as a wallpaper.

Actually, what would be really neat is to make this change with the time of day.

I bet it's possible - I could make a number of wallpapers, each just showing one column, and I'm sure there's a program to change wallpapers throughout the day.

I like it, good job! One thing I (personally) would change is to get rid of the black bars in between each column, so they all sort of meld together. If you put up a version like that (and maybe the text removed so its just the pictures?) I'd definately start using it :)

I think it would be really cool, if they where all photo;s taken from the same place, with a camera mounted on a tripod.

the latin is cool, and I dont study it.

nice wallpaper but the latin is a bit weird. i don't mean to criticize on you, but this is how i see it.
"serus" means "late", but "serus lumen" isn't correct, maybe "lumen obscurum" is better. "abeo lumen" doesn't make any sense either ("i go away light"?), and there's a typo in cogitare. i've never seen "prius lumen" or "primoris lumen" before, maybe you can use "ante lucem" and "aurora" (dawn)? "practicus" doesn't exist AFAIK, i'd use "laboriosum" instead.

i've studied latin for 9 years, but i'm not very fond of it. have you got a version without the latin text?

I need to ask: may I use it to add it on my artwork page from my site (http://lintut.50webs.org/artwork.html)? All credit goes to you, of course.

Good work, it looks wonderful.

We do have other forums here than the cafe you know. Try arts & design for instance. Nice wallpaper btw :)
